Born and raised in Florence, Italy, Rita is the quintessential European seamstress- passionate about all things that are handmade, with meticulous attention to detail and quality.

In the traditional way of Italian craftsmanship, Rita's sewing skills were passed down to her by her grandmother. Recounts Rita , "I used to use the fabric leftover from my Grandmother's sewing to make clothing for my dolls." Rita's infatuation with watching Old Hollywood classic films further nurtured Rita's love for fashion and exacting silhouettes. Classic Dior dresses, embroidered details, and exquisite materials are Rita's favorite things!

In addition, Rita's formal education in architecture and interior design give her a unique perspective on the way clothes are structured. From tailoring a socialite's haute couture gown, to working quickly on set, Rita's talents abound!

Gloria was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As a teenager her grandmother sent her to learn how to make Patterns and to Sew at a French Academy in Rio and by the age of 14 Gloria made her first tube dress.

Eventually Gloria became a swimwear model and began making bikinis for her friends which were a big hit on the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema. Gloria moved to Paris and attended Esmond School where she perfected her patternmaking techniques as well as learned French.

Later,Gloria moved to New York City and rounded her Fashion training at The Fashion Institute of Technology; while attending FIT she was invited to work as an Assistant For Christie Brinkley Swimwear.

Afterward, Gloria created her own namesake swimwear line that was sold at prestigious stores like Barney's New York and Bergdorf Goodman. The line was also featured in top magazines like Glamour, Elle and Self.

Moving to Miami Beach in the'90s prompted Gloria to create her own website and sell directly to her loyal clients. She also formed an over decade long relationship with Atomic Assistants Agency where she freelances for photoshoots, fashion shows and television shows.

Kristin is a master seamstress with a meticulous eye for proportion, fit and cut. From cool summer-ready camp shirts to slinky cocktail dresses to tailored menswear, Kristin can alter them all.

Her trademark is her superior workmanship, expert knowledge of textiles and fabrics, and her sixth sense about style. She produces beautiful European quality alterations, collaborating with the stylist to bring the stylist's vision of a garment to life.

Kristin is easy to work with, and discreet. She has good transportation and arrives on time and prepared. She has been sewing since she was twelve, and her years of experience shows in every piece she altered or sewn.
